Use Sitemaps
You want search engines like Google to index all the quality content on your site, but what's the easiest way to do this? You probably link to other pages and posts when you add new ones, but this might not be enough. Create a sitemap to help Google find all the pages on your site. As a bonus, sitemaps will also help your visitors if they're lost upon visiting your website.
You can manually create a list of links in hierarchical order, but other options exist to create sitemaps. For example, if you use WordPress, you can install Google XML Sitemaps or HTML Page Sitemap to produce XML and HTML sitemaps, respectively.
After creating your sitemap, link to it on your own site to help visitors. You can directly submit it to Google to help the search engine index more content. Log in to your account at Webmaster Tools, click the site in question, click "Sitemaps" and choose "Add Sitemap." It can take a few days for Google to re-index your site, but adding a sitemap is one of the easier ways to add hundreds or thousands of links to Google's databases.
